Customer reviews are becoming increasingly important. A review is authentic feedback and provides insight into what customers find important, which aspects of products and services really matter, what the real needs, expectations or irritations are and where strengths and weaknesses lie. STE Languages considers Customer Reviews very important. We are pleased to say that we have been getting high ratings, a 90% satisfied (satisfied 23%, very satisfied 67%) and we are very happy with that.
